Paradise Salsa

Paradise Salsa is not for the faint at heart. It will bring beads of sweat to the forehead, open your sinuses and totally “Light Your Fire”!!! Beware it’s straight from “Hell”, but you will think your in “Paradise”.




1 yellow pepper, coarsely chopped

1 red pepper, coarsely chopped

1 green pepper, coarsely chopped

1 onion, coarsely chopped

2 large tomatoes, diced

2 Serrano peppers, seeded and diced

5 Habanera peppers, seeded and diced

1 cup ketchup



In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Stir to blend. Enjoy.

Makes 2 cups.
